• If the project has already started, a cancellation request will be subject to a deduction based on the work completed and resources allocated.
• Once a project reaches a certain milestone (as agreed in the contract), cancellations may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Service-Based Refunds

• If the service has not commenced and a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed.
• For partially completed projects, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the customer.

2.2 Subscription-Based Services

• If you have subscribed to any of our recurring services, you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• Refunds for subscription-based services will be granted only if the request is made within the first 7 days of the subscription period.

2.3 Digital Products or Software Licenses

• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues that prevent usage and where our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued for domain name registration, hosting services, third-party services, or custom development work that has been delivered as per the agreed scope.
• Refund requests due to a change of mind after service initiation will not be entertained.
